Which machine is best for losing weight?
I'm trying to Work Out 4 times a week, Monday through Thursday. Usually a period of 30 minutes on the elliptical and was wondering if this will help me Lose Weight or run in Tredmill help me lose weight faster? which machine is best? and I go to the gym 4 days in a row or is it better to go every other day? what is best for losing weight and staying fit?
Apparently, going to the gym several days in a row is bad. I would go every day.
