Firstly I suggest you make a general division of the body comprising of all major muscle groups. You need to train progressively and heavy on the muscle group. Even for the abs, you can do one or two exercises, but train hard and heavy. When I refer to heavy, is heavy in relation to himself only, not to anyone else. Make V-shaped curls you want. If the train starts squatting with legs and are the largest group of muscles.
